All incoming Regina freshmen and current Regina students are invited to participate in our Strength & Conditioning Camp this summer! The camp will start Monday, July 8th, and go every Monday and Wednesday until August 7th, from 11:00am-12:30pm. The camp will focus on the basic fundamentals of all training.
